This is my lucky day.. After scanning several pictures from a 1940 commemorative issue I wnated to know more about architect Constantin Ciogolea and did I find your fascinating blog. I know Luminita Machedon’s book about modernist arhitecture, mostly Bucharest. What you photograph is sooooooooo instructive. I was born in Bucharest but have been living in the USA for the past 41 years. Great site! i will visit it often.
