Daily Picture 7-Mar-10: Art Nouveau Round Window

A small sample of the once beautiful heritage architecture of Bucharest, today much ignored and systematically destroyed by its own citizens: an Art Nouveau style round window, which is also provided with an inside layer of stain glass depicting Art Nouveau motifs. The house was built in the early 190s and is located in Mantuleasa area. (©Valentin Mandache)
